How to apply for admission
- Get your APTC Application for Admission form:
- See the APTC Application Forms page to download and print the APTC Application for Admission form.
- From an APTC country office in Fiji, Vanuatu, Samoa or Papua New Guinea. Please see Contact us to find their contact details.
- Complete the application for admission form
- Don’t forget that if your fees are being paid for by your employer, your employer will need to provide their contact details on the application form and sign the declaration under Section I of the application form.
- Submit your application for admission form
- Mail your completed application form to:

Nadi Airport, FIJI - Hand deliver your completed application form to your local APTC Office in Fiji, Vanuatu, Samoa or Papua New Guinea. Please see Contact us to find their contact details.
- If you’re successful
- You’ll be sent a letter of offer and enrolment forms from the relevant APTC School
- The offer will outline terms and conditions, payment information and steps you’ll need to take to prepare for your study
- If you have applied for an APTC scholarship, you will receive notification about the success of your application within four weeks of receiving this offer.
- Accept the offer
- You’ll need to fax, email or mail your acceptance form back to us along with confirmation of payment of fees to secure your place.
