End of course celebrations in Samoa
APTC Samoa Tourism and Hospitality students celebrated the completion of their courses by presenting cultural items representative of their home countries.
Following the performances, the students were all presented with course participation certificates.
In return, the classes presented their trainers Ray Petts, Dianne Whelan, Steve Johnston, Michael Higgins, and exiting Country Manager Karl Evans, with gifts from their home countries.
The students from Nauru, Solomon Islands, Papua New Guinea and Tonga will all return home over the next few days, taking their newly acquired knowledge back into their respective industries and countries.
It has been six months of hard work and immense rewards. We wish all the students all the best as they begin the next chapter of their lives.
The evening was hosted by industry partner, the restaurant Laumei Faiaga, whose owner, Lene Leota, provided a traditional local buffet.
