APTC Fusion restaurant in Namaka has introduced a "High Tea" menu
The food is prepared by our Cert III patisserie students. The major focus of their learning outcomes is to become experts in the art of desserts. However, part of their studies is also to cook and present hot food. The guests are served by our full time Cert III Hospitality Operations students.
The High tea menu, which was developed by the students themselves, includes tasting platters of savory food and gourmet sandwiches. The tasting platters are followed by a lavish dessert buffet which includes traditional High Tea scones, Blackforrest cake, white chocolate gateaux, Creme Brulee, Florentines, individual Citrus tarts, chocolate eclairs and many other daily specials.
The dining experience is complemented with a wide range of espresso coffees and teas.
The High Teas have proven very successful and advanced bookings are recommended as the restaurant fills up fast. High Tea will be served at Fusion every Monday from May 25 until June 8th from 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm although guests should arrive by 2:00 pm.
