First wedding for APTC Samoa
Earlier this year, Electrical student James Reddy from Malolo in Fiji, married the love of his life, Ane Tausii from Salailua, Savaii.
James, who is studying Certificate III Electrical, met Ane while in Samoa on six-week block training, late last year.
James said, “ I found it very hard to leave Ane when I went home to Fiji last year. We knew it would be difficult to sustain a long distance relationship.”
James and Ane kept in touch and were married in Malolo, where they have begun married life together.
James will continue to work for PRA Contracting, in Fiji, while completing his studies through the APTC Samoa Campus.
Ms Francis Howes, APTC ACEM Samoa Manager said, “We are delighted to congratulate Ane and James on their marriage. We wish them a wonderful future together.”
Electrical Trainer Leigh Roberts added that it is wonderful to see James so happy. James has worked very hard in his course, and is even more motivated now that he is married.”
