The Honourable Prime Minister continued by paying tribute to “…the role of our local industries and workplaces in bringing our graduands of tonight to successful completion of studies; in some cases providing sponsorship for study at a time of economic crisis as experienced by the world.”
The Prime Minister commended APTC for a strategy “…that allows for industry and Government to engage constructively with the College to ensure qualifications are always relevant,” and said that he was confident that the “…students are ready to make a valuable contribution to the development of their chosen industries in Samoa and the wider Pacific region.”
