Manager Operations

Please describe yourself.

I am humble, quiet and hard working. I like to take up new challenges and always aim to accomplish my commitment and goals. I love team work and I am a good listener.

How long have you been working at APTC?

I started working at APTC in 2017.

Please explain your role at APTC?

I oversee the day-to-day operational and administrative functions of the office, provide support to the Country Manager and Specialist Vocational Training Advisors (SVTA) for efficient office systems, monitor staff performance and maintain effective workloads.

What do you like about working at APTC?

I feel satisfied doing a day’s job in a relaxed and friendly environment. High performance of teams and respect is maintained amongst all staff and it is a new experience to work with the different Pacific campuses and learn about the different cultures.

How has working at APTC helped you develop both personally and professionally?

Personally, I can work confidently with a good team of professional staff and students. It is my dream to have a job where I can also study and achieve my professional goal. I am given the opportunity for professional capability development which I was not provided previously. I am very proud to be an employee of APTC because I can see myself venture into professional studies to progress into the future. The sky is the limit. APTC is the right choice.

APTC is an Australian Government initiative in partnership with the Pacific and Timor-Leste.

APTC is implemented by TAFE Queensland (RTO 0275)
