APTC Alumni

The Australia Pacific Training Coalition alumni are the ambassadors for APTC in their Pacific communities. Your journey with APTC continues far beyond your student experience, as you become a lifetime member of the APTC Alumni Association (Alumni) once you graduate. This allows you to participate in a wide range of activities run through your local Alumni Chapter in collaboration with fellow alumni, students, APTC and your community.

The Australia Pacific Training Coalition actively engages with communities throughout the Pacific region through our 15,000+ strong Alumni network of APTC ambassadors who remain connected with each other and with APTC.

As an Alumni member, you are key to strengthening and expanding APTC’s communication and partnerships in the Pacific region and internationally. Alumni activities provide a great opportunity to expand your professional network through professional development workshops, community projects, discussion groups, online social-networking groups, APTC monitoring and evaluation activities, student recruitment, graduation and orientation activities, and more.

The Alumni held its inaugural APTC Alumni Association Forum in June 2012, in Fiji. One of the key outcomes of the Forum was the development of the APTC Alumni Charter, which provides background information on the role, structure, governance and responsibilities of the Alumni.

APTC is an Australian Government initiative in partnership with the Pacific and Timor-Leste.

APTC is implemented by TAFE Queensland (RTO 0275)
